Mark Alyn Cooks has featured a wide range of recipes from vegan and vegetarian to a look at Kosher wines from Royal Wine Corp for the Passover holidays. A brisket recipe featuring Chef Kendra Thatcher of Prairie Street Prime made a good pairing with the wines.

Other featured recipes include a vegan cauliflower soup from Dr. Vesna Skul and Truffled Leek & Shitake Risotto from Chef Ines Chattas. Eighty-Six-year-old retired lawyer LD Sledge showed Mark how to cook Cajun pork chops.
